    I am so disappointed that the promised delivery just never took place. I wrote to the you three times. They first two times you got back to me to say they have sent a message to the delivery team but could not tell me an estimated date of delivery. By the third time I wrote to you, you just told me they would check but never got back to me. In total, I waited for almost 2 weeks and no still not news from seller. I have purchased from Onemart before but this is a real disappointment. I would to cancel my order and get a refund please.
