Please note exchange will not be done for products with minimal dent. As long as the seal is unopened, the milk formula will still be safe for consumption and should not affect the quality of the product. Upon receiving photo evidence, exchanges will be arranged on a per case basis after verification from One Mart Customer Service Officers.
If you've received any dented milk tin, please contact us within 12 hours upon receiving. Do send in the following photos to us: • All affected dented tins • Batch No. of the milk indicated on the carton box • Outer packaging • Shipping label on box We reserve the rights not to honour the exchange if no proper photo evidence has been given.
