Do take note that there are 2 different shipping groups with Free Shipping:
• Qxpress - Free Shipping • Qxpress - Free Shipping over $100
The items in each group cannot be combined into the same shipping option.
Eg. a cart consisting of: • Pediasure with "Qxpress - Free Shipping" • Dove 1000ml with "Qxpress - Free Shipping over $100" These 2 items cannot be combined under 1 shipping group. Therefore, only the Pediasure has Free Shipping, you will still need to pay the shipping fee for the Dove 1000ml as the condition of $100 has not been fulfilled.

Hi,
Regarding Order No: 171593822 (Onwards Bathroom Tissue 10 Rolls x 3packs) 171593823 - 8 (Lifebuoy Bodywash 1L x 6 Orders) 171593829 - 33 (Lifebuoy Handwash 200ml x 5 Orders) 171593834 - 8 (SENSODYNE Toothpaste 100g x 5 Orders)
Only the 1st item (Onwards Bathroom Tissue 10 Rolls x 3packs) have no problem. The rest of the orders/items were being throw into a huge carton box with no protection at all, and some of the Body Wash & Hand Wash's bottles had leaked, and the leakage had stained the whole box plus the other items in it, including the boxes of the toothpastes. Hope you can resend the items and do a exchange for these items back. And for the (SENSODYNE Toothpaste 100g x 5 Orders), noticed that the 3 boxes of Fresh Mint favour is expiring this year, hope you can exchange them to Original favour instead. (so total is Original x 5 pcs)

Hi
1. I have not received the refund for the items that are out of stock.
2. You did not ask if I still want to proceed with the order although some items were out of stock but proceeded with the remaining items but still charged me shipping as the out of stock items caused the total value to fall below $50. I would like to request for refund of shipping as its not my fault that items are out of stock yet still able to order.
