Dear valued customer, we would like to extend our sincere apology for the issue you’ve met. Before proceeding to exchange process, we’d like to inform you that the return process of the damage item and the resend/replacement will be done through different courier and time. As we’re using a third party delivery, for picking up the damaged item they required buyer to paste a pick-up waybill on the returned parcel. Are you able to print out the waybill we’ll give you later?

Hi, yes have tried to change battery many times as the battery drains very quickly. Now have to remove the battery if not in use, otherwise it will not work after a while (within the same day). Tried different brands of batteries as well. If we arrange the pickup next Thursday, could help help send back by Sunday? Thanks.

Hello, my mum received the exchange unit. Thanks.
Over past 2 weeks, she had to change battery every week. She measures only 10 students per day, 5 days per week. There might be a defect with the batch. Kindly help check and advise if a refund can be processed or if we can exchange for other items. Thanks again :)
