  Hi. It's been a few weeks now. Kindly stop patronising me with generic unthinking messages and exchange the containers to grey in a timely manner. Otherwise, organize a return and full refund, including shipping cost as this error is yours, not mine.

I did not receive the grey containers yesterday. You claim the earliest I would receive the exchange would have been yesterday, but that does not clarify when exactly my items will be exchanged. Another patronising reply as a means to drag out this issue unnecessarily.

This is getting absurd. It has been 21 days, since I made the request for an exchange, since the colour of the item was falsely advertised on your item page.

Do the right thing or get off Qoo10; merchants like you only sully the Qoo10 brand.

I did not accept the containers from Hadi of HonestBee. He stated he would list the delivery as 'failed' due to wrong items delivered.

Hi,

I requested an exchange to 3 grey containers, since One Mart does not have white.

I cannot amend this exchange request on my end.

The delivery sheet in image attached shows the error. One Mart ought to have sent grey containers and arranged for pick-up of the beige containers. Instead, you did the reverse.

Kindly assist in ensuring that One Mart exchanges the 3 beige containers to 3 grey containers, since you do not have white.
