    Dear valued customer, regarding your issue will do an exchange for you. We will send you the new item and take back the old item. For the pick-up service is it ok if we arrange the pick-up service on Friday [May 8, 2020] during 9AM – 6PM? If you available on that time we will send you the air waybill that you need to print out because the courier won’t pick-up the parcel if there is no Air waybill in the top of the parcel. And kindly be informed that the collection of the wrong item and the replacement of the correct item will be done through different courier and time.
